Toothpaste; but just a regular pastey one, not a gel. Potato slices are supposed to reduce the look as well. The best way for me, though, is just eating better and exercising a lot. The more fit you are, the less pimples you'll get, generally. If you do end up going with store bought products though, try St. Helene's Mint Julep Mask. Dab some onto your pimple, let it dry, and go to sleep. It's really cheap, and gets rid of my zits in only a day or two. Hope this helps!!

Aspirin and toothpaste. Toothpaste drys pimples out. Aspirin, you can take like 4 uncoated, crush them and mix them with honey or a moisturizor. Aspirin has sacrilyc acid so its like putting neutrogena on your face. Search it on the internet for some really good masks. It works but beware, it tingles and it scared the hell out of me the first time I use it, don't use too much aspirin.

1- put toothpaste and aspirin or advil(crushed) on the acne spots on at night before you go to sleep
2-wake up early in the morning, wash off the toothpaste and use this
- half a lemon(juice)
- one teaspoon of honey
- half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
- a pinch of rose water if possible
3- leave it on for about 20 to 30 minutes and then SCRUB it off and MASSAGE It as well... dont scrub too hard.
and dont forget to massage it, the massaging part gets the blood to flow better, the honey removes scars from acne, the turmeric powder softens the skin and get rid of acne, the citric acid also gets rid of acne and germs, the rose water softens the skin aswell, and the toothpaste and aspirin dry out the pimples and get rid of acne... make sure to put the turmeric, lemon, and honey....

Dove soap for sensitive skin. Also if you need emergency treatment, use heat sterilized pins to prick the pimple and gently squeeze out the pus and/or whitehead.

toothpaste is a really good one, but if you have picked at it, or have sensitive skin, it can actually look worse the next day.
this answer is going to sound really weird but, hemorroid cream works very well. no joke! my brother had skin problems from playing football and after he started putting that on his face it got a lot better!!!
