You can use Secret AGEnt Hide the Shine-Helps absorb breakthrough oil for a fresh look. Simply apply over foundation to reduce shine and oil throughout the day. Odorless. Colorless

Use an anti-shine facewash and moisturizer, and get blotting paper (takes off the excess oil on your face). Clean&Clear makes great blotting paper that works as well as higher priced brands. Yes, powder will help too, but it's better for your skin if you try anti-shine facewash/moistures/masks/etc first. Good luck finding something that works, there's something out there for everyone!

Wash your face with a skin cleanser for oily or combination skin.

Afterwards, use a mattifying lotion (like Garnier Pure, or something "mattifying" from MAC, Clinique, NARS, etc.) and put it where you are oily.

Powder your nose with a blotting powder, from MAC or another company you like. Use a powder for oily skin.

You can also use blotting papers that have a bit of powder on them, like something from The Body Shop, Palladio, or MAC.

Once a week, use Biore pore cleansing strips to clean it out.

=)

Wash your face well with soap and water, using a wash cloth and blot dry. Follow up with an astringent pad in order to remove excess oil. Never use foundation that has an oil base, find one that you like with a water base, so you don't add more oil where you have removed the excess. You can also use a powder afterward to set your makeup, I like to use a brush to apply it rather than a cosmetic sponge.

Good luck!! : )

I use this really great stuff by covergirl. I don't know what specific make-up it's called, but it is a little round case with "Shine-free" written on top.

It's Great :D Really great.
