Any easy at home treatments for acne but mostly clumps of pimples?

I have clumps of pimples but my mom wont get me any of those gels or whatever. So i need help on things that are easy but still work really fast.

i tryed toothpaste does it work instantly

I agree, Proactiv is the absolute BEST! However, if your mom won't purchase that ask her to get you some good old fashioned Witch Hazel. Don't worry it's not made by witches (LOL). It is an all natural astringent that works wonders and you will see results within 2-3 days (can buy this at your local drug store). You can wash your face with the acne wash of your choice, then follow it by applying the Witch Hazel to a cotton ball and rubbing it on your face at night before you go to bed and in the morning when you wake up.
