there is spyware " video ActiveX access" in my program files which is causing so much advertisment popping up and i need to delete it from my program files EXCEPT it will NOT let me.. i do not know what to do

Run a Virus system scan with your antivirus while being on Safe Mode.
Then run a system scan using Spyware Terminator.

PS: and stop streaming porn videos!!! Thats where that virus comes from...Believe me XD

Agree with Adrian. Go into Safe Mode:
Turn your PC on or Restart. As soon as you see the black and white screen, press and hold the F8 key. Continue holding until you see a black and white menu. Safe Mode is F3 or F5.
Click Start, Programs, run your AV program and antispyware.
When it is finished, Restart.
You will probably find your icons messed up. No biggee. Drag them back into place.
