Thats the question that you have to suddenly be prepared to kiss some a-s-s. You can mention a couple tasks you would be responsible for at the new job...whatever one or 2 of those may be, bring one up..and say you have always believed you would do a great job at _____ whatever it is.... and that the duties required of this position interest you and say that you know somehow you will get into a position that requires those tasks from you.... sounds corny, and I don't even know what your job requires...but say... you had to deal with people, you could say you love working with people and you are determind to find a position that allows you to work with others because you know you would do a wonderful job at that. And also that you like a professional working environment and that is another reason this job appeals to you.... really, its making the interviewer believe you love them...when all you really need is more money in a job... good luck!!

People say to be prepared for these kinds of interview questions. Maybe its just me but I prefer not to prepare.
I will say what I think when the question presents itself. Under a small amount of pressure people perform better and you may come up with a more honest but well presented answer.
Your motive is fine, but try to put it in a more positive light than stating it from a negative side. You are really saying something like:
e.g. "I'm looking for something new to challenge me. Something that also has a good career path or prospects"
That's basically what you are saying, just put in a positive light, looking to the future. This way you are not criticizing your current employer. Try not to criticize your previous employer at an interview. Focus on what could be interesting or exciting about a new job with them.
If the money is important to you that's a gray area, it depends on the people but most employers will not recruit someone motivated purely by money. You need to have enthusiasm to try and learn the job and develop, that's why I suggest the career/prospects is maybe better.

The trap in noting a question like that is to not be general. Wear' t compose as though you were noting a question in a marvel event. Regardless of the possibility that in all actuality you need a superior employment and the compensation is more which is fantastic you can't state that either. Have a go at portraying how your awesome and moral function capacities would do extraordinary in this new environment and how you are good for that occupation. Don't you set out speak terrible about your last occupation. It looks horrendous and it won't help you by any stretch of the imagination. Attempt to make it look common and crisp not exhausted. I know it is difficult and it requires investment to compose it out effectively however it works in any event it has for me in my last two occupations.

In the poor economy of today, it's more important companies make money than it is to conserve the environment. People need jobs so they can make money, which they will in turn spend and financially support corporate interests. So, drill away at the Arctic! Polar bears don't spend money, anyway. People do! I'm being sarcastic, but it would be an interesting topic. I'd have fun writing it. :)

The trick in answering a question like that is to not be general. Don' t write as if you were answering a question in a beauty pageant. Even if the truth is that you want a better job and the pay is more which is excellent you can't say that either. Try describing how your wonderful and ethical work abilities would do great in this new environment and how you are compatible for that job. Don't you dare talk bad about your last job. It looks horrible and it will not help you at all. Try to make it look natural and fresh not overworked. I know it isn't easy and it takes time to write it out correctly but it works at least it has for me in my last two jobs.
