half of your things are absolutely wrong.
nutrisystem is not a good diet plan because they dont have enough calories to lose weight safely and not gain it back when you start eating normal.
pushups and situps will make you gain weight because they build muscle - they do NOT burn fat.
it doesnt matter what time of the day you eat as long as you dont consume more calories than sped during the day you are not gona gain weight.
the only fat burning exercise is cardio - 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min) and combine it with light weight training.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Find out your calorie count if you think calories are best to go by. Do NOT push yourself. Start with a workout routine that is easy at first, so you can get your body used to the exercise program. If you push yourself, your body and metabolism will shut down and it won't work. Eat 3 (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) HEALTHY meals a day to keep your metabolism pumpin', because the higher the metabolism, the faster you lose weight. Not eating will make your metabolism shut down. Don't go on and off of the diet either because that will screw up your metabolism also, stay on a diet you think will work. Drink plenty of water (the suggested amount is 8 glasses a day).
It's true you shouldn't eat in the evening, so eat a dinner around 5. Eating later in the evening or night make it so you can't burn the food you just ate.
200 pushups and 200 situps might be overdoing it at first and hiking for 3 hours is a bit extreme too. Get used to what you are doing at first. Only do what you can... or at least until you get pretty tired.
Vitamins are great also, plenty that you need at least. Taking diet pills might help, but usually thats not really good. I've heard hoodia is the best weight loss pills, but it depends on what kinda metabolism you have.
Stretching is important and so is cooling down after you exercising. Walking is a good way to start. Maybe 25 minutes a day at first and then progress to 45 minutes a day, then to a hour... and as long as you want after that.
I don't know if Nutrisystem is good, since I've never done it. I've heard South Beach Diet was productive.
Be smart about this! ^_^ God Bless you and I hope it works for you!!!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!

You don't have to cut out foods you like! Just eat foods in moderation.
Carbs are what keep your body running!! If you plan to stay active past six you can eat. You just need to stay active.
Join curves! You will lose inches rather than pounds, but you will like the results!

youll lose weight but you will gain muscle(which still looks good)you might not be able to lose 100 pounds though..it depends on what weight you are now...you do not want to become too thin...you must really have a lot of time on your hands to be able to do that much
