None, unless you burn more than 1600 calories a day. Meaning, if you stay in bed and hardly move, you could even put on weight, all fat because your muscles will atrophy. Worse, what the Doctors don't tell you is if you go on a severely limited diet, you may feel poorly and be inclined to lay around. Better is to try not to overeat and throw yourself into whatever physical activity you really enjoy. Walking, exercising, dancing, building things, demolishing things, indian stalking (try to touch one of every creature in your state without alarming them. Fun with rabbits and deer, very dangerous with bear.) You get the idea.

it depends on how many calories you are burning each day.

if you are burning more than 1600, you will lose weight, if you don't you will gain weight.

Since there are 3500 calories in 1 lb. of body fat, this is Simple Math.
