As a straight guy, I don't select male friends based on how attractive they are. If I had a friend who was 'ugly', I probably wouldn't even notice it, so sure. I would hang out with him at clubs and public places.

Well, first you shouldn't be judging your guy friends in the first place. That's a little odd. Plus, even if this guy you are talking about IS ugly, the ladies will be more attracted to you instead of your friend.

What if you were ugly and somebody had to choose to hang with you or not?
It is not what a person looks like on the outside but what is in the person's heart.
Some of the most handsome people look great on the outside, but have black hearts and will treat you like crap.

I think friendship with whomever you choose has nothing to do with that characteristic (ugly). Is he honest? Does he have your back? these would be more important traits to focus on. Besides if you're better looking than your friend, people will probably gravitate to you first...unless of course you're vain and stuck up.

Meh, if your good friends it wont matter. Looks can decieve anyway. Some of the best personalities and best persons come from people who dont have the best of looks. These things have a way of balencing out

Um being ugly and being cool are different....if he's cool to chill wit and shares the same interests like beer, women, sports, women, beer, movies, women, beer and more that one woman at a time...then it does'nt matter if he's busted or not.
