Depends, the desperation of the guy is directly equivilant to how many things he will overlook. Rings tend to be like a sign saying, watch out she's married.
Of course there is the exception to the rule who say, hey all is fair in love and war, lets covert they neighbors wife

No, they aren't. I may chat with her a bit, but that would be it. She'd have to come find me, if she's interested, because I've moved on to someone else.
A real guy can tell in a few seconds if the woman he is chatting with is interested or not. If she isn't, he moves on to another, and another until he finds one that's interested.
If you mean, would a guy try to sleep with someone, uh yeah, but then read my previous paragraph to see if he should stay or move on.

Yes, because MOST guys (not all) don't take the time to actually process things and to use their head...they like to use the one in their pants.
