ultimately age shouldn't matter but dating someone older than your self is easy, but dating someone younger than you is very different so there's no guarantee he'll go for you

It's not the age difference here that matters. That is not too much difference in the age at all. I know of some folks that have as much difference in their age as 20 years.

Your problem is your age, and the fact that he is 18. You are jail bait to him and yes he can go to jail for being around you. When the youngest party is of legal age, the age difference don't matter.

I promise you this much, if my daughter was just 15, she sure would not be aloud to be around a guy that old. So yes I do have a problem with you being just 15 and him being 18.

in my opinion in a couple years it's not 21-24 ,20- 23 but this is high school age is a big difference. this 18 year old guy is going to be going to university or get a job and leave you behind. it's a hard age because it's at a time when people are starting their lives. If you guys can make it work then do it

Not at all but there should be limits on the relationship.

My sister was fifteen when she dated her current husband who was eighteen.

The rules Until she was eighteen he was not able to see her in the house with out someone else from the family present. Even on a date she had to be back in the house at 10:00 pm. They were not allowed to get married until she was 21. It worked well for her. They are married 20 years with a nice house and 2 great kids.

the age is not really a problem if you were both over 20 -- 15 and 18 is asking for trouble of one kind or another --- im sorry im going to say the usual thing and that is find someone closer to your age at least for the next few years ---- best wishes

no, it is not as long as you are mature and both are in it for a RELATIONSHIP, otherwise he might use you and throw you to the curb and you'll get labeled a sl*t. I'm 17 and dating a 21 year old but we've been dating for almost a year and he's the most wonderful and understanding guy I have ever met and I connect with him. It totally depends on how you guys see each other.

3 years is not a big difference when you're in your 20s on, but when you're 15 and 18, yes it is. You are way too young for him.

hun u should find a guy closer to your age. your parents could press charges against the guy who is 18 if u two get too involved. what ever u do dont even think about trying sex or anything like that. if u do then it will be counted as rape even if u both want it.

p.s i always use this example this guy was 25 he was on the maury show and he was in love with a 72 yr old stripper O_o

just becarful having sex wit him if u ever will cause the law considers that as statutory rape
