hahahahaha I would be more worried about the border collie.
Seriously I would get a male JRT and she will probably try to herd and mother it.
Have them meet on neutral territory, like at the park, take them for a walk and bring her into the house first, feed her first, and so on. Get him a crate for both their safety when you cannot be present to supervise.

This all depends on yo9ur older dog for the most part.
you need to do some introducing
first preferably not in your home but a nutrial place.
you need to give the older dog a place dhe can go without the pup being allowed
i would suggest crate training so at least in the beginning you can have more control when you aren't home and when the pup would get to rambuctious with the older one. The whole key though is in the introducing and also remember they will try to determine the pecking order and you need to let them have argument. the older one mey make the pup wine but make sure she is alowed to show the pup who's boss form the beginning sarting with the humans, teh older dog and tehn teh pup.
Good luck.

Does your adult dog get on well with other dogs that she meets. Is she well socialised? If so, I see no problems about getting a JRT puppy, although it would be best that you get a boy as male-female pairings get along better than same sex pairings.
If you are worried, take your border collie out to the dog park when it is nice and full of other dogs and see how she goes with them.

Is she dog friendly? Border collies are normally dogs who get along well with other friendly dogs. I'd be a little more concerned about getting a jack russell who gets along with other dogs - not all of them do. You'd also be better off getting a male (and having him neutered, of course), because dogs of opposite sex generally get along better than 2 of the same sex.

Jack Russels are pretty stout dogs. Although you did not mention if the Jack was a puppy. If he is a young pup they should get along. Just watch them for awhile so she doesnt hurt him. She is the only female and will show she is dominant.

Before getting any dog you should bring your dog and introduce them in a neuteral area to see if they get along. Do not purchase from a store. Only get a dog from a reputable breeder or rescue as these dogs should be socialized and their temperment should be evaluated.. Each dog is different so don't base your decision on breed alone.

Your grown dog is a good one and would be pestered to death by a hyper hot wire Jack Russel, she would dicipline but probably not hurt it. Think twice if you are not home all the time with the dogs, a little rat dog is a hard one to train.

do no longer understand plenty approximately those 2, yet might I advise a malamute - each and every from time to time improper for the husky, they have a tendency to be greater, and are very friendly and loveable ... a minimum of in my own adventure with 3. solid success.
