People just pick a belief that appeals to them most without thinking. They don't question it, they just go, "Hey! This sounds nice and guarantees that I'll go to a cool place- heaven!" and call it a fact.
That's why I think religion is stupid, because people just believe in whatever makes them happy, instead of what is logical [( Which also can make you happy! )]
