I am interested in booking a band to perform on a cruise ship - just want to know how it is done and is it worthwhile. Thanks

You have two options. Go to each cruise lines web site and click on Human resources/jobs or whatever link they show for employment. Or check out this cruise line jobs web site:

Most companies hold auditions for their entertainment. The jobs are usually for 6-8 month lengths and include bed and board. (At least this is what we were told on one of our cruises.)

Go on line to the desired cruise line and you can locate the hiring through them. It wtells you what they are looking for and the base pay.
