I want to get a tattoo on my upper back (near my shoulder blade) about the size of a credit card. Will it be distorted if I loose about 50 to 75 pounds in the future?

No. I have 2 on my belly and got pregnant. i was huge i went from a uk size 10 to a size 20 in the belly area. My tattoos stretched with me and looked distorted during pregnancy but now they are back to normal size and look fine.

Yes. Tattoos distort as you age, and are expensive to remove.
Getting a tattoo is an act of self-abuse.
Losing weight is an act of caring for yourself.
Easy choice.

if you lose more than 30 lbs. it will look different. also if you gain more than 30 lbs. it will look different. you can always get a cover up though once you've lost the weight.

It will definately not look the same, because your skin will be looser, but I've heard if you drink a lot of water, your skin will be firmer as you loose weight?!?
