HELP me SOS?
I got my ipod nano wet !!!!!!!?
ok i was washing my hands and i yank my head bak and my nano gets into the water! well anyways t was working for awhile with the occasional spi wheel sound going out of control so i turned it off and thought everything was ok. so i put it up and a few minutes later it was dead! so i put it on my ihome and pressed play and it made squeeky watry noises. i took it off and stood it up for a minute. then i figured that the computer might know what and how i could fix it. well it did not recongnize the device. i need to fix this in a reasonable amount of time because im afraid my dad will get MAD if it is broken!

please help me

Don't do anything to it, just place it in a well ventilated area. Once it dries up, try it again and see if it works. The problem with electronic devices and water is... well they don't get along! Just like your dad and you if it turns out that it doesn't work :D Just kidding, but yeah, he might get mad at you ~_~ Good luck, and pray it works and leave it alone for a few days!

Electronics weren't designed to get wet. Regardless, let the unit dry out really well before turning it on or plugging it into your computer. Let it set overnight and dry and try it again tomorrow.

Explain to your dad if its broke that accidents happen that your not perfect, and next time don't take the ipod near liquids.

It is probably broken do not turn it on again, let it sit for a couple of days and hope it dries out and works. Everytime you turn it on it shorting it out.

Stop playing with it or turning it on or off or connecting it to anything until it COMPLEATLY dries out. Probably a couple days.

Electricity and water don't mix.
