i usually eat after i workout..and wondering what you ate. I usually make an omlette sandwhich with 2 slices of ham, little cheese, and green onions, with 2 slices of whole wheat bread

..or just a bowl of cereal...

is it healthy to have this meal everday if im on a diet?

you could skip the ham.
also its not healthy to do anything on empty stomack - it can lead to many health problems including diabetes.
have at least a piece of toast before working out.
i usually have toasted pita pocket stuffed with grilled chicken and salad or cucumber slices, coffee and a fruit.
i also like old fashioned oatmeal with egg whites and flax seeds and chunks of avocado on top of it.

your omelette sandwich sounds yummy. I'm still in school so i eat whatever they are serving plus a vitamin. this sounds like a good breekie to me. you have your protine, your dairy, your veggies, and your bread. drink some juice and you've got all essential food groups.

That sounds perfect. I eat pretty much the same thing, Just make sure you cook with non fat spray instead of oil.

Sounds good to me. Slow up on the eggs everyday though. its high in protein (which is good) but also high in cholesterol (not good). try mixing it up with oatmeal and fruit some days.
