First decide thatyou want to loose the weight and not only for him but for you other wise when hes gone you'll let yer self get as big as an ox and not care. Nexy start by not mixing yer carbs and yer protiens,dont eat after 7,dont drink soda,drink more water,instead of snacks eat a fruit or vegetable. Excersise! find sumin fun that you'll enjoy and do it.Mayb find a friend and go to the gym 3times a wk or start at 2 times then increase to 3 or while yer watchin tv or on the phone run on a treadmill or go out jogging with a friend. Girl get movin!

Sitting on a horse is not the best exercise.
The fact that he is your boyfriend tells me he doesn't care that much about your weight. It would be great for you to change your eating habits and exercise daily. Stay away from diets. They rarely ever work. Instead, eats fruits and veggies 5 times a day and eliminate the things you do on a regular basis that you know cause weight gain (snacks, eating late at night, etc).
After you drop a few lbs, you will fee terrific about yourself.

I can somewhat relate. If he seems to be losing interest in you and you feel that losing weight will get him to feel happy next to you ,then set yourself a daily workout routine that either being going to the gym 3-4 times a week. Running,cardio, and free weights and also eat healtier with smaller portions. If he's happy with you then he may love you the way you are, so i would recommend you working out for you to feel better about yourself.

Horse riding is a good way to lose weight if it keeps your mind off eating!
Actually, weight watchers gives a lot of credit points for horseback riding! I know that because it also gave lots of points for motorcycle riding, which is just sitting and turning a throttle...
But anyone who rides (and they're similar) knows it's a lot more than just that, and that's why it's a lot of points.
Just make sure you don't undereat. That can be so much worse for you.

No! No! No! Don't be so silly. Never ever lose weight to make anyone happy unless you feel that YOU need to to make yourself feel good. Your bf should love/like you for you. He has chosen to be with you at this point because he likes you obviously. If you want live a healthy life exercise, drink water, eat moderate amounts of food, have a balanced diet. No quick diets are healthy for your body. It mus be a gradual thing. Just love yourself for you and make she your bf likes you for you too, or kick him to curb. Take care.

Im going to go ahead and tell you that chicks often think they are around 50% more fat then they think they are. Its the truth.
Even if you are as fat as you think you are there are always ways to have fun with that, if by make him happy you mean make him *** then yeah.
If you are still thinking, "but i want to become a stick insect" then the only advice i can give you is dont overdo it. If i had 5c everytime a girl said "oh im fat" then i would be a millionare.

I think horseback is more work for the horse. Try walking ten minutes a day around your block. That's what I'm doing and I can already feel and see the difference. And if your guy doesn't love the way you are right now, then ditch him. Get thiner because you want to, not because your guy said to.
