How would you feel if...
1. the next day you saw her at work and she acted like nothing happened? you get no attention mybe just the odd glance.
2. she never tries to talk to you or call you or email you - she left it up to you to ask her to meet. sometimes she says yes and sometimes no - it's her schedule?
3. she wont share information but you start sharing your personal life - childhood, family and past realtionships.

sounds like someone is getting emotionally attached to it. You see when you first enter into a casual sex relationship you enter into a unwritten agreement that you will wont get emotionally involved. Because once that happens it complicates things.
