You SHOULD talk to your family about it, that's what family is for. It's good if you start crying, that's the way we deal with our emotions in a healthy way - we let it out. Plus, maybe someone has a solution for you.

Just stay strong and you will find a way to pull through, bills are just bills, don't let your health go down the drain because of bills. Your son is going away but he will be back, he is not dying! Try to be positive and think of the things you have to be grateful for.

When you start to feel upset, do something that will occupy your mind, or that you will enjoy such as: going for a walk, watching a movie, taking a jog, writing someone you care about a letter, call up a friend&go out. Any of those are good choices for when you're feeling depressed.

And if all else fails, see a counselor. It's always hard for people to sign themselves up for those types of things, but if nothing else is cheering you up, then maybe you need someone who doesn't know you, and who will not judge you, to help you. In the end, counselors end up helping so many people. It's just up to you if you want the help.

Good luck :)

Well, you need to lift your head up and say to yourself (I can do this) You can be strong and get through what ever in life comes your way. You need to get busy doing things and look at the positive things in your life right now. Get out of thinking negatively okay because that will wear you out to the bone.

All you can do is carry on and live your life but you sure don't need to be sleeping and crying all day that will do nothing but sink you even lower. With your bills take it one day at a time something will work out for you.

You can't get over things that happen in your life but what you can do is get through it. Don't stop living your life, lift your head up and try and smile, think about the positive things in your life or someone else's.

Just hold on things will be fine.

Take care.

I find when I get depressed the best thing for me to do is get involved in an organization as a volunteer. I also tend to play more with my pets which is good therapy for me. Please confide in someone even if you do cry - sometimes that is the best therapy for you - to get the stress off of you if only for awhile.
Good luck.

If you are this depressed, you need to go to a mental health outlet and get an 'evaluation' and be put on 'antidepressant medication' ... and GO TOMORROW even if you don't have an appointment ... they will take you as an 'emergency patient' if you tell them that you are having this problem and need help IMMEDIATELY.

First of all....STOP....you know the problems so take it slow and try to work out one problem at a time. If I am under alot of stress I sit down in a quiet place and talk to God and read the Bible. It will definetly replace your problems. Don't try to take your problems headon by yourself. If you ask God to help...He will. Best of luck to you and God Bless you in your journey!

The answer to depression is prayer and spending time with God. There is no better solution to depression.

Go see a psychologist. They do not prescrive Rx's but cann help with counseling. If you need further help, they will refer you to a psychiatrist. But please get help... cause like you said, it hurts everyone around you (including you).
