ok... So im a 10 year old boy and i weigh about 135 pounds and i was trying to lose weight but i cant. i even starved myself.so if som1 can tell me how to except running bc one time i collapsed and i cant run that good. so if anyone has anything please tell me. i wanna drop down to at least 100 - 115 pounds by the end of June . please help me bc im in desperate need of help. Ps. im not going to a gym

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Rope jumping can be an ideal exercise for a great cardio workout to help develop higher fitness levels, and this will help develop a much better energy system allowing the body to burn fat more effectively when performing other less intense exercises. Effective weight loss doesn't always mean choosing exercise which burn fat directly, all exercises have their benefits and it is probably best to use various exercises when attempting to lose weight. This also helps maintain motivation levels because you'll never be doing the same exercises day in day out.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Don't eat or drink sweets, and get lots of exercise. That means water, not Cokes. No diet sodas either -- too many chemicals. No white bread. Fruit or vegetable snacks between healthy meals. And don't do anything drastic, like fasting, because it will mess up your hormones to where you can't lose weight easily anymore. There is no quick fix when it comes to losing weight -- not a safe one, anyway. Just do the best you can with these tips, and it would be best to get some advice from a doctor too, because of your age. You might not be as overweight as you see yourself.

I realize you want to surprise your mom but you need to tell her you want to lose weight. She is the one buying and bringing the food into the house. If you talk to her ask her to buy healthier food and more fruit and vegetables. You should never starve yourself. When you deprive yourself of food your metabolism (that's what burns calories) slows down because your body will try to conserve as much energy as possible. You should eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and have a healthy snack in between. Don't go anymore than 3 hours without eating. Your blood sugar will drop and that will make you tired and hungry. Start out gradually by going for walks after dinner. Ask your family to go with you. Then eventually increase your daily exercise. The weight will come off. The slower you lose weight the more likely you are to keep it off.

Well, definaly don't starve yourself because oncce you get to the weight you want you're body will just gain backk all thee weight you lost because your body is used to it...

I think you should try to eat lesss. NO SNACKINGG WHEN YOU GET HOMEE!!
-For breakfast, have a bowl of cerial w/ cut up straw berries or bananas or fruitt or eggs ((but onlly on special ocations)) okay you can also have a granola bar or some sort of fruit bar or w/e ever theey are calledd. try to stay away frrom pop tarts, toaster struttle (is that how ya spell it), and or desert items
-Lunncch: sandwich on whole weat and def. a fruit, maybe a salad ocansionally instead of a senwich, granola bar or pretzlees.
-dinner - fressh veges, grilled chickemm, w/e your mom makes... but if she is making something un healthy just say I will make my own dinner like try to help out ur mom... likee makee a saladd.

Weight Watchers, but you'll need a doctor's note.

Don't starve yourself, your body eventually gives up and you won't lose weight at all.

I recently went vegetarian and lost 10 lbs. So eat healthy and exercise. Good luck!

Exercise and eating right is the way to go. You don't want to run... that's ok. It's the summertime and you can swim. Swimming is great exercise. Also riding a bike is good.

Talk to your parents, a doctor or a parent. You are a little young to be thinking about your weight. Don't starve yourself! It can lean to weight gain. When your body thinks its starving, it will make up for that food, or everytime you eat something little, it will store it up as fat! Eat healthy!
