Could it make my stomach flatter at all?
If not,
what could.
i no its not really enough time.
but could it change it at all?

please help<3

crunches and situps will only make your belly look bigger since there is gona be more muscle underneath the layer of fat.
the only fat burning exercise is cardio which burns fat all over your body. do it 4-6 times a week for 30-50min.

Yes it will make a difference to your profile if you are currently not doing any stomach exercises, because it is a massive increase. You will be able to hold your stomach tighter when standing relatively relaxed, which makes your stomach flatter.

More of a difference will probably be seen if you restrict your diet as well, and avoid any carbohydrates at all, or large meals.
Grazing in smaller snacks will mean food goes through your body quicker (because it doesn't all just mix together in one huge 'meal' - a lot of work on your stomach) and eating more often may increase your metabolism (not really much in 4 days).

If you really want to see a flatter stomach, the biggest difference will be seen if you do half an hour's jogging everyday for the next four days. Jogging reduces fat remarkably quickly (but it is still 4 days, don't expect miracles). Doing it twice or more per day will give you 8+ workouts before whatever it is you need a flat stomach for, which will create a small but noticable difference.

You are not going to see any changes in only 4 days. It takes a lot longer than that.

It probably won't make much of a difference, but combining your crunches with a low-fat diet will have noticeable differences soon.

it would take your fat from you waist(if you have some) and your muscles in you stomach will tighten and considerbly your stomach will get a tiny weeny flatter if you eat healty and do excersise every day not for four days.
