Spaghetti...Add Ground beef, sausage links cut in chunks, 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, and 1 chopped garlic clove to favorite sauce, pour over noodles and serve with salad and french bread. I add Red Pepper flakes for a kick.

Taco Salad...Ground 1/2 to 1lb hamburger, add chopped bell peppers, onions and tomatos and simmer with
4 - 8oz of Velveeta, then drizzle over romaine or iceburg lettuce and fritos. Add sliced jalapenos and salsa on top.

Enchiladas...Ground 1/2 to 1lb Hamburger, remove meat with slotted spoon and put aside in a bowl...pour in a 1/4 of a can of Enchilada Sauce and mix with beef. Place corn tortilla in pan with heated beef oil and flip until sides are soft, remove with tongs and lay tortilla flat in baking pan. Spoon in a small bit of beef and roll tortilla. Repeat until you have a desired amount of enchiladas. Pour the remaining can of sauce over enchiladas. Layer with grated cheddar or Velveeta, chopped onion and black or green olives. Cover with foil and cook 10 minutes at 375 degrees, remove foil and bake 5-10 minutes more until cheese browns.

Quick Shepherd's Pie...Boil 5 large potatoes. Mash with milk and butter, and a pinch of salt. Brown 1 lb beef and add a package of brown gravy, mixed as instructions provide. Simmer with onions and spoon over mashed potatoes. Cover with shredded cheddar. Salt and Pepper to taste.

Fettuccini Chicken Alfredo...Heat chicken and sliced onion in a bit of oil and season with salt and pepper. Cut chicken into chunks and add a jar of favorite Alfredo sauce. Add Broccoli if so desired (Microwave frozen Broccoli, it's easiest, or boil with noodles). Serve over Fettuccini with a side of romaine lettuce, shaved or grated parmesan and croutons in vinegar and oil.

OOOOhhhh...good question!
Hmm...goulash - which is what I call macaroni noodles with ground beef and canned tomatoes.
Whole roasted chicken, which I usually serve with wild rice and a green veggie.
I then make stock from the chicken and make a chicken soup or casserole.
Meatloaf and mashed potatoes
Omelet with a salad

Does that help?
