I'm trying to learn Escrima from the internet (classes not an option, and books currently not an option) and I've found a verience in opinion as to the last 7 of the 12 strikes. Everyone agrees about the first 5, but after that it gets a bit shaky. Please give a detailed enough answer that I can figure out how to do it.

First off the 12 angles of attack are not set in stone. Each system, I'm sure, have there own ways of doing them. The basic 12 are just the 8 angles of attack done in sets of 12.
Think of an Astrick (*) each line is an angle of attack. the basic 12 are those angles, in various orders, in sets of 12.

I learned it as:

Right round huose to the head
Left Roundhuose to the head
Left Chop to right side of the throat
Right Chop to left side of throat
Right uppercut to the gut
Left backfist to the face
Right backfist to the face
Right eye poke
Left eye poke
Right heal hand to face
Left heal hand to the face

Its only 11 but it was called 12 for some reason and I forget why.

But it all depends on who you leanred from too I guess.
