They say that it's the most important meal of the day but what if you don't eat oatmeal and drink green tea like your supposed to? A couple days a week I stop at a service station and get two burritos and a Dr. Pepper. On the other days I don't eat anything. I'm fine with either, so I'm just wondering which is worse... A little help?

Even a burrito can be a decent breakfast, depending on what's in it. You don't have to eat a traditional oatmeal and toast breakfast, but you should eat and you should eat healthy foods, not Dr. Pepper. Not eating is not fueling your car. The car can't run when it's empty. Likewise, your body cannot run well without decent fuel, in other words, a decent breakfast. If you don't like oatmeal, try a boiled egg and toast, a peanut butter sandwich, or even cold pizza.

Man, you don't leave any room for possibilities. Based on your question, both is terrible. You never want to not eat breakfast, but burritos and Dr Pepper is not considered a breafast either. Try toast, fruit, juice or cereal. I think I'm getting fatter reading your breakfast menu.

Those are terrible breakfasts! I really hope you start changing your diet at least a little. I know it is hard-believe me! Before I changed my diet and started exercising, my typical breakfast was toast with butter, bacon, ham, sunny-side up eggs and a tall glass of orange juice. Delicious, but also has tons of cholesterol and calories. I took things one step at a time, first switching to turkey ham and bacon, next eliminating the butter, and later, the bread, then switching to a better oil, and next switching to a less calorie and more vitamin enriched juice. One year later, I am 30 pounds lighter...

But I took it one step at time, one month at a time... Bottom line, EAT, but slowly try to change your diet for something better.

If you don't eat any breakfast, you slow down your metabolism, which means you are susceptible to gaining weight and other risk factors. So I would recommend eating something...cereal, muffin, or atleast a bagel to keep your metabolism going!

No breakfast is better, I think. Better to run on empty than to run on trash that'll do more damage to your system. This said, listen to your body and do whichever makes you feel the best.

I'm pretty sure that not eating is better......but i really don't think you should do that. especailly if you're trying to lose weight.....just have like, a granola bar or muffin or something....you dont have to have oatmeal. just something mildly filling at least.
