I am lucky enough to have a family of foxes living next to me. They have just been out calling to each other and playing, all within about 50 yards from me. I feel so blessed to be able to be that close to them!!!

And to those who are going to say they are vermin... don't bother 'cos It won't change how I feel!!

What, definitely what. Wait till they're screaming at each other in the middle of the night, scrabbling through your rubbish bins and crapping everywhere - they carry Weil's disease.

We have Colorado River Toads, Gila Monsters, Horned Toads, Geckos & Other Lizards, Scorpions, Centipedes, Tarantulas, Black Widows, 3 kinds of Rattlesnakes, Gopher Snakes, Coral Snakes, Black Racers, Doves, Quail, Wood Peckers, Crows, 3 kinds of Hawks, 3 kinds of Owls, Javalina, Coyotes, Bobcats, Cougars, Whitetail & Mule Deer, all on or very near our property! One day I went to open the back door to take out the garbage & there on the patio chair was a Gopher Snake trying to figure out how he could get up to a Cactus Wrens nest in our awning!!! John

Nature is where you can find true love. I really believe that, and if its on your doorstep I would feel blessed......as I do. My favorite at the moment is the royal swallows nesting in my shed and the soap opera that goes on with them, as with soaps, there is tradegy and I cried when a grown up was found dead just the other day.

In this MAD world where all I seem to hear 'out there' is.....

'what car does he drive?'
'Do you prefer Gucci to Armani?'
'Did you watch Corrie last night?'
'I just cant do a THING with my hair!'

.....its SO lovely to hear someone genuinely touched & full of glee at watching nature do its thing! The best things in life are the simple things. The things money cant buy. Yes Debz, you ARE blessed.

You gotta thank the Lord for foxes, and NOAH too!!

He was wise enough to include them in his Wonderful Ark.

God bless us ALL!!!

Yes, you are!
It is wonderful to have the opportunity to see and be close to what God has made, which we don't often see. These are special times, when God wants to remind us of how blessed we are.
