We the taxpayers do. And when there aren't enough funds for the hospitals, then they close down. It's been happening all over the country.

when it comes to illegals we pay for a bunch of stuff. If they are illegals they can't obtain a social security, nor a drivers licence and car insurance. Because of that we all spend more money in insurance, who pays? We the tax payers.
Oh, we also pay for the usual 4 to 8 babies they have here, food stamps and all sorts of medical aids. Say an illegal gets togheter with an american girl, gets her pregnanat and all, when the time comes to file for tax return at the end of the year she (the american girl) can claim to be a single mom and receive efty tax breaks while still receiving some kind of income. Plus don't forget, wathever an illegal makes here in America doesn't stay here, it goes back to Mexico without helping our domestic economy.
I don't know who I'm really more mad at, the illegals or the dumbass american liberals who cry about them. I'm not a republican nor a nationalist, but what's right it's right.
No to amnesty.......no a la amnestia regresas a tu pais!

US tax-victims pay... in more than one way. And, as someone else pointed out, it doesn't matter whether they're illegal aliens from Mexico or Honduras or Germany or Japan or impoverished former US citizen science or tech or farm or construction workers.
In 1946, the federal government passed an unconstitutional federal loan program for expansion of hospitals and such. One of the requirements was that the hospitals taking such loans had to treat everyone who came in. Just a few years ago, the policy was slightly changed in that emergency rooms are only obliged to "stabilize" emergency patients gratis.
But the exceptional influx of illegal aliens in recent years has been specifically linked with numerous hospital closings in the southwest. The federal government wasn't covering enough of the costs that the federal government forced them to incur, so they had to just close the doors.
So, another cost has been the decreased availability of emergency care.

Well, of course we do, the American tax payer. If the elite's in Washington have their way and pass the new immigration bill we're going to have many more millions of Mexican babies born in this country.
Oh yeah, in case some who read this don't realize when an illegal alien gives birth in this country their child automatically becomes a U.S. citizen. The majority of illegals are very poor and wind up on welfare so we the taxpayers continue to pay for them a long long time. Makes you sick doesn't it.

Technically there are no Mexican babies being born in America. If you're born in America, you're an American.

I'll pay for the cute little devils that run around stores and there parents allow it.

we pay for all the illegals health care. maybe we should get the pregnant illegal women and bus them home so there children aren't born on our soil. lets get all 12 million of them and dump them back in Mexico and stand guard with lots of guns and the border and blast them when they try to cross.

If the parents are aliens and have no friends or family in the U.S., then we, the taxpayer, get to pay for it. Along with all of the medical care afterwards.

Maybe the us governement depending on the sistuation. Mostly if the parents keep their baby it would have to be the parents. All Mexican people are not illegal. I do know of some American people who need the states help to rasie their children. Today children cost a lot so I would take the help if I needed it. People want others to feel bad if they might need help. Well sorry you have such hate in your heart. If a baby is blue, black, green, purple or yellow it is still a baby. You seem like a really sick person.
