Spaghetti definitely, cos it has meat in it, but then you can add meat to mac and cheese but people seem to like eating it on its own. Spaghetti much better in terms of taste and culinary experimentations.

Well it all depends on what you are looking for. mac and cheese if you feel like having a rich creamy buttery snack/ lunch/ dinner. and for spaghetti if you feel like a semi light warm meal
