I would have to say human being first.

As a Christian, if I was going to put my life on the line for somebody... and then chose to NOT save them just because they were of another faith, what kind of Christian would I be??

The faith of the person in question is not important. They are a human being and absolutely, 100% would deserve to have me put my life on the line for them, whether they were of my faith or not.

I certainly hope there is no one out there that answers this by suggesting that they wouldn't save someone of another faith.. :/

I would save anyone I could. I am not going to ask them what faith they are and decide from there. This doesn't matter when saving someone's life. It doesn't matter in anyother case either. Just because I believe what I do, doesn't mean I am cold hearted. I'd do many things for other people.

well,...since I believe that God created me I'd have to say Im a Christian first.........As far as saving someone, I would think its human nature not to want someone else to die....hmmm...hard question, don't want to leave my children without a mother either. I hope instinct would take over and I would do what is in Gods will.

Truthfully, as a Christian the answer would have to be emphatically yes. Remember while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. I think Jesus Christ would want us to sacrifice as he would. It would be a difficult thing for a lot of us and if it ever came to it, I would hope I had of enough of Christ in me to do it. But, Christ died so that one should perish. Last I check no one meant regardless of race, creed, gender, or religion.

I don't know if I would or not. A person cannot say what they would do in that kind of situation. Remember Peter bragged that he would never deny Jesus...and then did. I am not so proud that I would make that same mistake.

I’m a spiritual being. We are all spirit at our core even if we don’t know it. If a person needs help I don’t care about a person’s faith or if they even have a faith.

personally, I'd weigh the costs. like if I have an important reason, like a family, then no. if it's a little kid, then the chances are higher that I'll do it. it's a commendable thing to do, but hey, I'm not a policeman.
