Store milk is animal milk, but if it's straight from the animal, there's no guarantee that it will be as healthy as store milk, simply because it isn't suitable for drinking plain. They filter it and add some nutrients to it in order to make it sanitary and suitable for drinking. Of course, you may be able to drink straight from the animal, but it's not recommended. You may get sick. On the other hand, animal to animal is fine because their immume systems are different than ours.

I'm not going to be sarcastic with the store vs animal thing. I believe you may be referring to "raw" milk, which means directly from the animal, unpasturized and not homogenized. It depends on the animal. If it's a cow or a goat (or a camel, or yak, or elk or whatever) from a small independent farm that doesn't give their animals antibiotics and hormones, the risk for infection is actually quite small. There are more nutrients, more good cholesterol and good bacteria that mammals need. Also, less added crap like the hormones that are responsible for early puberty in American kids. However, since most of us are raised on the sterile stuff in plastic jugs, our bodies are not equipped to digest raw milk all at once. A gradual introduction is necessary.
