You can juice them and pour them in to an Ice Cube tray. After they are frozen seal them in a bag or container and you can store them for as long as you like. Let them melt and use them as you need them and they still taste the same.

If I leave them out, they last about a week. In the fridge they can last up to three weeks without getting soft or molding.

OH EM GEE! I LOVE LEMONS! I KNOW EVERYTHING THERE IS TO KNOW ABOUT THEM! If you stuff them up your nose they can last about two weeks but if you keep them in the refridgerator then they only last about one.
