No, but I bet you'd be astonished to learn that a) there are actually Christians outside the US, and b) many many US Christians are brilliant, educated, non-xenophobic people. While I won't presume to claim brilliance, I am a US citizen, devout Catholic, research scientist, and I am engaged to be married to a Chinese agnostic who happens to be an engineer. Yeah. I'm shocked there's a world out there. Not.

True there are some pretty xenophobic US Christians, but not all are! Not if they've been on a mission. Ever talk to a former Christian missionary? Or haven't you heard of such people? I spent 3.5 years in Japan & their society is far more xenophobic than many Christians in the US.

Nope. I teach ESL.* I have students from everywhere you ever heard of, and probably a few places that you haven't heard of (like, say, Ossetia).

Why would you think we don't know that? There are Christians everywhere in the world.

*ESL = English as a Second Language)

Nope. I happen to know there's a whole world outside the US. I've seen a fair amount of it!

Why are you so amazed that US Christians are not ignorant? Yeah we know about the world, probably more than others.

No, dear. I've always known the world is a big place and we are only one part of it. I've been to lots of those other countries and seen them firsthand.
