The team, from Pewaukee High School competes in the Academic Decathlon and has made it to the Wisconsin State Competition numerous times, in 2003 and 2007(the most recent competition) we have won the state competition. This last competition in 2007 we beat the other teams in our division by +20%, we are looking for anything up to a $6,000 sponsorship, thank you very much!

There are several places to start searching for sponsors for your academic team. I recommend first approaching local businesses and stores for sponsorship. Second, Target and Walmart have programs to sponsor schools. Finally, do individual fundraisers such a free tutoring marathon, bake sales, car washes, book sales, rummage sale, etc. Good luck!
