Nothing, you don't need any pills. Just lift some weights, do some cardio, and don't eat junk food. For some people, it takes longer than other to get in shape. That doesn't mean you need a pill to do it for you. You don't "need something more", other than patience!
Just work out consistently and you'll start to see changes after 4--6 weeks.

You have an entire year before you go into 8th grade. If you really want to lose weight in that time you can, without pills. No one needs a pill to lose weight, no acai berry or any of that rubbish. All you need is dedication to cutting back slightly on calories and exercising more. Don't starve yourself, don't go any crazy fad diet, just eat a little less than you already do and start going out for a walk/power walk/jog/run every night.

First I want to say that there is no miracle that you can turn your fat belly into abs just by taking pills without exercises.
Maintain a healthy diet and doing exercise are necessary to any weight management.
However, you can try Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) as an effective supplements for your weight management. The key ingredient of this product is called Tonalin CLA, which is a safe, scientifically proven, effective nutritional supplement that contains no stimulants of any kind. First, it may increase and maintain lean muscle, which naturally may slim your body. Secondly, Tonalin CLA helps to decrease the amount of fat stored in your body.* The result is dropping a clothing size or two without the dreaded yo-yo effect of losing and regaining weight. This is because you are reducing body fat, not water which is a more permanent and healthy way to lose weight.
This product assists in promoting lean muscle mass, decreases the amount of fat stored in the body, helps reduce overall body fat, targets stubborn belly fat and its effects are enhanced with exercises.
But since you are only 14, you should consult with your physician before taking any weight management supplements.
* The Food and Drug Administration has not evaluated these statements. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Dont take pills, you need lots of lunch meat, just eat it all the time.
look on the lable for things high in protien, if you can eat 500g of protien every day and work out you should be doing all right, Also have you mom make you a milk shake after dinner.
Push-up, and running is all you need, stay off the weights till you gain some weight.
my little brother 15 and he is having same problem.
Look into creatine if you want supplements, try to stay natural

your 14.. DO NOT take pills. maybe supplements but never growth or anything kind of pills. just work out, stay healthy and active. you can try doing like 20 crunches night and day for like 4-7 days then move it up to 25/30 and so on every week or so. for your chest and arms do pushups as well. if you work out then drink a protein shake after every workout and it will get you bigger/stronger a lot faster.

at your age you should be able to lose weight easily. just eat healthy, no sugar, drink water, milk, juice (NO SODAS), and get outside and walk, ride your bike, skateboard, something....and give yourself time, it won't happen overnight but you will see huge results in a couple months..

eat more (but not all) protein,
and work out regularly.
Try to avoid pills, as they often have unwanted side effects.
