I assume many Christians choose their faith because it's the most popular religion in the United States. What if you were born in Saudi Arabia? Would you have been Muslim? What if you were born in Israel? Would you have been Jewish?

i think this question is hard for anyone to really now, its like the question which path would of taken, u can only take one and not will ever know what that other path would of been, i dont think people should chose there religion on the bases they were raised by it, i think each individual should chose this for themself on what they believe to be true to them, were all given freedom of choice, and were not owned by anyone but the lord above, who created us, i would say if u belive in him ur choses in life will be the right ones or will end up on the right paths, but another question is, how many people actually live by there faith, i say very few, and they call themselfs faithfull followers of god, so what ever ur religion or beliefs are, just stay true to one thing, treat everyone as u would want to be treated, and live by the commandents and we all should do fine, all religions are same when u come down to it, just practiced in different ways. peace be with us all, amen

If I was exactly the same kind of person I am, minus the minor cultural and language differences, I would probably have become a Christian no matter where I was born. I'm actually from a city in a state where Christianity is a minority. I only knew a handful of people who were Christians.

The bible says that God chooses us (believers) before even the foundation of the world was formed. He calls people out from every kindred, nation and tribe. There are followers of Christ all over the world; being born in one particular place doesn't mean you cannot come to Him.

For I know the plans I have for you says God, plans for good and not for evil, plans to give you a future and a hope.
Jeremiah chapter 29 v 11

When someone steps into God's plan for their life, then it is not dependant on whatever nationality or creed.

For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. John chapter 3 v 16

Believing Jesus is the son of God and that He died on your sins. you may desire to ask God to forgive all your sins, and be prepared to show far flung from the sins. then you definately might desire to be prepared to persist with Jesus, ask Him to come back into your heart and shop you. in case you sense the want to be saved, choose for it. After a individual gets saved, he might desire to pass to church often, pray and examine the bible. in case you opt to be born lower back, i does not waste any time, do it in the present day.
