find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Healthy weight loss is not more than 1 or 2 pounds per week, so you're going to want to give yourself more time.

Lay off the sodas, breads, and pastas for a while. Eat your green veggies, and drink plenty of water. Exercise, try doing crunches and upper body exercises.

i know your thinking about getting a magic pill that will make you trim, but that might make you sick
make yourself healthy first.
and also do 20 crunches (30 is better) every day
i know it sounds like hard work, but itll be worth it come graduation

Start in small steps, but you need to be running everyday even twice a day if you can. it takes alot of motovation but you can do it. sit ups will help but you really need cardo, run run run, or bike is good to, you need to make your heatpump fast as you can
