Hi, when a woman plays/strokes her hair is it always flirting?

Please could as many women answer yes or no and whether you are purposely doing it? You see there is a girl who is always doing it when I am around her!

No it's not alwayyyyys flirting. It can be. Like when I flirt with guys I play with me hair (without even noticing), but I also play with my hair a lot of other times too. But if she does it every time you are around her, it probably is flirting.

I'm a girl. And when I play with my hair is that I'm either trying to show it off because it's fantastic that day, so I'll probably play with it around a guy. She wants to draw attention to it.

If her hair is a horrible mess, she's probably playing with it to make it look better.

I also play with it when I'm distracted or a little nervous, it's a constant habit of mine.

No, it's not always flirting...in fact, it's more often than not just a nervous habit like biting ones nails or rubbing their eyebrows or jiggling their foot.

Don't read too much into something like that. If you want to know if she likes you, then strike up a conversation and see how she responds. Her interest, if there is any, should be fairly evident.

Have you noticed that she only does it when your around or have you seen her do when she is on her own? As for me, I always play with my hair. Some girls do play with their hair to look cute or they just do it when they are nervous around someone they find attractive and its just a nervous tick.
