Does this survey make you more comfortable as an American?

And how about the following quote, from the attached story - '...15 percent of young Muslims - those 18 to 29 years old - said suicide bombings were "often" or "sometimes" justified...'

How do our Muslim friends view this poll / article?

Awesome - Bob Barker! There probably is one asking that question out there somewhere.

Do you really think the Jews are making this up? I wonder what the 'real' numbers are.

I'm not sure how accurate this is since only a little over 1000 people were surveyed. Still, if there are 2-6 million Muslims here, that means there could be 200,000 or so young Muslims who accept suicide bombings. That's not a comforting thought. It's worse in the Middle East and Europe.

And Bob Barker has it wrong. Christians do not believe in killing for God (He doesn't want us to kill), but will accept being killed rather than deny God. There's a BIG difference.

God Bless.

humorous Republican solutions. Which Pres have been given bin weighted down nailed in the pinnacle? no longer a Grand old Pirate! Republicans purely opt to scare up some votes with a stable stance against a strawman. in the event that they understood the form they declare to have self assurance in while they quote the announcement of Independence, they may well be certain that the 1st actual modification prohibits all religious regulation. yet that they had quite look like fools and provoke their base of idiots.

There is a large percentage of Muslims where I live and I'd say a large portion of my circle of friends are actually Muslim and they are very moderate/liberal. This poll doesn't surprise me or them.

I don't agree with the term "moderate".

Most US Muslims are true muslims.
Ben Laden is an alien to Islam.

Please someone define "moderate Muslim"?
Because the notion is totally insulting if i dont label myself moderate then what am i?
I am a Muslim it is not proceeded with any other word. Do others label themselves as moderate atheists, moderate Christians, moderate Hindu's, moderate catholics, moderate Jews, moderate Sikhs?

Pretty pathetic. "Most" are moderate, huh. Still, 25% of them are wackos. Most likely, even in the under-developed parts of the world where islam finds its main converts, no too much more than that are as wacko.

Most things I have heard put that figure closer to 25 percent, but it does scare me, especially because that number is rising.

I think it was a Jew who wants to spread lies about Islam who conducted the survey....

Yes, the Jews are making it up... they also publish so called Islamic books etc and make mistakes in them to mislead anyone from following Islam.....the Jews are knowing the Quran better then many Muslims....
