excersise, anything that makes you sweat. also drink a lot of water before the night comes and a lot of fruit at night go to the bathroom every time you get a little sign and push it out. you will loose the feeling and a little body water weight

The only way is water weight, but be careful. You dont want to pass outon the beach! Spas have expensive body wrap treatments you can do that the claim take inches off in a hour... if you have the money you can give it a try.

there is no healthy way to lose weight in only one day. losing weight takes a long time, unless you want to become anorexic or bullemic, then, you could do it within probably about five days. But that is probably not the best choice. Just stick to eating healthy and exercise more.
