also don't force your religious beliefs onto other people, the question was not how many people get tattoos removed and your percentages are off plus you zealots make up those figures anyway :D

there are so many factors that come into tattoo pricing so there's no way for us to tell you that. different artists charge differently. some by the design, some by the hour and some by detail and difficulty. anywhere from $300 to $1000 if i had to guess. tho i have been working on a full back piece for a little over a year and it is pushing $2000.
tell your friend good luck! and good for him/her getting a large set of wings.

Like everyone else said, it's really too hard to say. Size, detail, all are huge factors. Your friend needs to shop for the artist first - not by price. Something like that will take many sittings, so that will help break up the cost.
To give you an idea - the tree piece on my back cost about $600 (that's including tip). I went back and looked at my charges to my artist and between the bird, tree and lower back piece, all of it, over the course of time has been $990. Yikes! I shouldn't have gone and looked. Won't stop me from getting more though :)

I'm guessing it will cost a few hundred dollars because my son's face on my arm is going to cost me about $300. It depends on where you go because some people try to charge you like a $100 an hour. I'd say call around and really look into just because its cheap doesn't mean it'll be the best. Shop around til you find the best place but be prepared to send a few hundred and I think your tattoo will turn out very sexy I love full back tattoos.

The rate of tattoos. Tattooing has continually been high-priced. The tattoo deliver has expanded dramatically with a surge within the quantity of artists, however the call for has additionally expanded, with extra humans getting tattoos, and tattooing fitting much less taboo. So tattooing remains to be high-priced. In America, you'll count on a fundamental cost of $eighty to $one hundred an hour. Sometimes retail outlets dont cost through the hour, however as an alternative through the piece, and that can or will not be in your knowledge. There is a minimal at each and every store, and despite the fact that that traditionally differs, only a few retail outlets will ever contact you for lower than $forty. This would possibly appear enormously high-priced, in particular because you could most effective wish a celeb the dimensions of a dime, however theres a couple of causes they wont cost you much less. Most tattoo artists pay a percent of what they make to the store with a purpose to paintings there and use unique provides. Most retail outlets in America pay among forty-60% of what they make to the shopaes proprietor, so out of that $forty minimal, the artist would possibly most effective be making $20. Also, tattooing apparatus is one other rate. So with a purpose to make it valued at their time in any respect, they on the whole set minimums. There are a couple of myths approximately the rate of tattoos that Iad love to proper. Color tattoos don't rate greater than black and gray ones. Color tattoos do generally tend to take longer if they have got significant palettes than black and gray tattoos do, so that can be a aspect, however colour itself isn't extra high-priced. Where it's at the frame would possibly vary in cost on the discretion of the tattoo artist. Shoulders are handy to tattoo, at the same time the slash again is a lot more complex. So the equal designated tattoo to your shoulder would possibly rate a great deal lower than it located to your slash again. This shouldnat aspect into your choice while figuring out in which to location your tattoo that you are going to have for the relaxation of your lifestyles, however it's whatever that you just could wish to be mindful of. Since no tattoo cost is ready in stone, except the artist works precisely through the hour most effective, tattoo artists repeatedly attempt to see what quantity of money they may be able to get out of the buyer with out scaring them away. Prices are traditionally made up instantaneous relying on many elements, adding whether or not they're excited to do the piece, in which it'll be to your frame, and even supposing they're broke that week. None of that is reasonable, in particular because tattoo retail outlets hardly ever ever negotiate charges, so it as smart to uncover a reasonable and gifted tattoo artist that you just believe, instead than playing on the store closest to you.

Depends on the detail, where you go, and the size. I would call around and find out what you can about prices, but have a size in mind. It will probably cost ya a pretty penny though.
