OK this is the story. Sammy my friend and her boyfriend keep going on an on about their first kiss ( I'm friends with both), they both(separately)keep coming to me for advice and i give it to them but they don't take so they are relly starting to bug me. what should i tell them next.

This sounds like my friend, her boyfriend, and holding hands. haha. They have been going out for like 4 months and they haven't done anything yet, not even holding hands. They keep asking me when they should, and they're both nervous about it, because they're both shy. I just tell them that it will be awkward at first but they'll get over it if they're meant to be.

Because your their friend they want your advice, just because they don't take doesn't mean anything bad. Be a friend and keep giving it.

Tell them "we are 13" lets play baseball......forget that mushy stuff for another few years!" "lets be children, while are still children and when we grow up, then WE can play like adults" thats what you tell them!!
