find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

pretty much the only way to lose weight is exercise and healthy diet. Diet pills don't work (or they have side effects). You could always get the fat surgically removed if you're obese, but that of course costs money and scars. You would then have to get cosmetic surgery to hide the scars.

Find something you really like to do and do it a lot! Like, riding your bike or swimming. Also, find all the healthy foods you like and eat them all the time. Don't shut yourself off completely to fatty foods because you can use that as your rewards for doing well (once a week or so).

You can do it! Find someone who will monitor you and motivate you! If you don't have anyone to do that, motivate yourself by imagining how good you will look. I do something silly, like pinching my fat in the morning when I don't want to get up to work out. It makes me feel all the fat I have left to get rid of and then it makes me want to get up and get rid of it!

Anyway, I hope some of this helps! Good luck and don't give up!

the only thing that will work is doing crunches. so as many as you can everyday, but itll take awhile. then you will have a gorgeous flat tummy. diets wont help you lose fat in that area. just be happy =)
