I would never, ever, even under the most horrible torture and threat of death, do ANYTHING to hurt my children.

I won't use the Never word, because I've found that saying that word is like tempting the never fairy.
So, I really don't think I could ever kill anyone. But I hope I'm never put in a situation where I have to make that decision in order to protect another person.

I would never say never! You see what I mean? Even as I say that, I said "never" so it is impossible for humans (imperfect humans that we are) to be so absolutely sure of whatever! We change! inside and out! and never is a long long time!
