I am a recovering bulimic. Do NOT intentionally throw up after eating, believe me it is not worth it. It's not even all that effective for weight loss as it screws your body up so much you end up not even losing any weight.

Trust me on this, my digestive system does not work properly anymore I have caused myself permanent damage from throwing up.

And no you don't still feel full after throwing up. So you are likely to eat again anyway. It's a vicious cycle, don't start.

Nope. The food leaves your stomach, and then you are hungry about a half an hour later. Don't do it. I threw up once, after I ate, on purpose. I ended up with aspirational pneumonia and in the hospital. It's not worth it.

Haven't you ever thrown up before. It tastes disgusting and it burns your throught. Plus people who throw up on a regular basis have bad teeth cause of all the stomach acid always coming up.
