You can't always find program shortcuts in StartUp folder.
StartUp settings are stored in system registry, so, either you try doing it by yourself (messing with the registry) or download some StartUp manager.
But, first of all, try looking into iTunes settings for that option (start at Windows startup, or something like that).

There's this nice little utility that will take care of all your start up problems....it's just simply called: StartUp

I mean there are many programs that try to start themselves when windows starts.

It's Free....and it's from a source that you can trust...

delete it from your startup folder
