Israel for now... They have laser thanks already and are responsible for the development of the American army as well, as they collaborate in a lot of joint programs. The US may have the best aviation and navy, but it lacks in assymetrical warfare, things that the Isrealli are quite good at...
The russians have nice underdeveloped millitary technology caused by a lack of fundings, but lately a lot of projects have been reborn from their ashes like the Thermoplan (200m diameter ovalloid craft than can lift 600tons) that dont require airports to unload their content and land....

America has a vast amount of money spent on research for it's military. Most likely more than any other country.

It is the USA very closely followed by CHINA. The US of A is in the top spot because it kicks but obviously, but seing as how China used to kill every newborn girl because they weren't fit to fight in the Chinese Mullitia.

the us military is the class of the world. they have weapon system's in the work's, that will make our enemies cringe, and maybe start doing the right for once.
