Not just mixed and drank right away, no.

But there are people in jail who ferment their orange juice with breads or other things that have starches, so they can drink that and get a little buzz.

Pretty useless if you can just go buy some wine or something though. Who wants to drink rotten orange juice? SICK!

AND WHAT DOES THIS HAVE TO DO WITH HAIR!?

The cheese was probably spoiled. The Vitamin C in the juice is normally used to enhance the effects of street drugs, not alcohol.

There is nothing in orange juice and cottage cheese that will make you drunk, unless they have fermented, in which case they will be alcoholic, but will also stink so badly that no one in their right mind would want to drink them.

You will only get drunk if the drink contains ethyl alcohol. I don't think that you could get drunk by drinking that, but you might get extremely sick to your stomach and feel like you drank a lot (literally). Even it if was old and fermented, I don't think it makes the right kind of alcohol to produces "drunkiness". But you would get really sick if you tried it after it was all past their expiration dates.
