when i plug in my ipod i get the following message...
itunes cannot run because it has detected an audio configuration.
what do i do? please say it simply. like you were speaking to a five year old im not too good with itunes. what happened?

go to device manager and make sure the drivers for you audio components are good.

An easy way to fix iTunes is to uninstall it, then reinstall.

Go to Start, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, and choose the iTunes program and uninstall it. When it's done, reboot the pc.

Then download the latest version and install it. It's free.
