well, really you should read the material and do your own homework. Julius himself does not commit suicide, search the book, i think a woman speaks of it, maybe even does it. As for your "power of word" part check out the funeral speech's and how people react afterwords, maybe that's it.
It's been over 15 years since I read it so not really sure any more.
