Ask Mr. Spock of Star Trek fame. Or maybe any Vulcan will do. Or a swift kick to the cojones!

Pressure points can cause pain, which debilitates the victim. But it does not necessarily cause them to "go down".

When you hit a person at a joint, like the knees, in the same direction as they are being held, the joint collapses. As in hitting the back of the knees when someone is standing.

Just type in pressure points and self defense in any search engine.

You may want to look into conflict management and anger control also. When you physically attack someone it should be a lst resort, even in defense. Much better solutions abound if you have time to think things out. Gathering a group together always helps with bully prevention. Find a hobby, find a group, find not only protection ...but maybe even some friends.

there are so many pressure points on th human body it is unrealistic. Unfortunatley to use them in self defense it rather difficult because you have to be trained. there are many fighting styles that rely on pressure points, but they take years of practice. if you want to learn self defense, i dont think you should be concerned with pressure points. if you just want to know where they are then there are a few key ones. Some of the large nerves on your body can bit hit at such an angle that you will be temporarily paralyzed. on you arm just below the lateral face of the head of the humerous is one. (ever heard of a dead arm?). The sides of you neck are useful too. just next to you carotid artery is a weak spot along with between your shoulder blades.
