Ask yourself what happened to unsettle yourself two (or so) years ago.

Most people develop light to medium brands of social anxiety when they loose some self-confidence, when their world/context is altered someway, or the frustrations of life not going their way for a great deal of time adds up.

So, see where you went a bit off track in your life. If you can pinpoint the cause, the root of this anxiety, I bet you can reverse the course.

It sounds like social anxiety, which is a very treatable condition through therapy or medication. You should definitely consult a doctor or therapist; they will point you in the right direction. You can get back to your old self with time and therapy, and if it is severe, medication can help make you feel better immediately.

You are the one making choices in your life! This is one that needs to be mad. Only you can control this problem that you have. If you really want to help yourself and be 'normal' I would suggest seaking near by help. Instead of being on here complaining about it, look up therapists and such.

Maybe it's not your head but your blood. If these are your symptoms, you could have low blood sugar:
Fatigue, insomnia, mental confusion, anxiety, nervousness, mood swings, faintness, headaches, depression, phobias, heart palpitations, a craving for sweets, cold hands and feet, forgetfulness, dizziness, blurred vision, inner trembling, outbursts of temper, sudden hunger, allergies, crying spells

hi.. it sounds as if you have some sort of anxiety or panic disorder, but of course, i can't say for sure.

doctors are very familiar with these issues, so you might want to make an appointment to see your physician. if he thinks you need a referral to someone else, he will surely help you with that, too.

take care of YOU.. consider seeing your doc, hon.
